Welcome to the topic of continuous quality improvement (CQI)! This video course, "CQI: Data," is meant to show how data can be documented and analyzed for continuous quality improvement in your organization. The five video lessons in this series explain the different types of data, efficient methods for collecting and recording data, and how to decide what data best suits your needs. Overall, this course provides useful tools for working with data for the purposes of understanding and improving business processes.
