- The Caribbean: A tropical region of world between North and South America, to the east of Central America, and mainly consisting of small island nations in The Caribbean Sea – including Jamaica, Cuba, Barbados and many more.
- Sugar cane (pictured above): A type of cultivated reed plant, that is crushed to produce a very sweet juice that is one of the world’s main sources of sugar.
- Molasses: A by-product of sugar production, molasses are a thick, sticky substance that range from light and sweeter to dark and thick (and more bitter), with some very mild fruit and even liquorice notes.
