The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) requires all Onatrio employers to train their employees on the requirements of the AODA. In this online compliance training, participants will:

  • Understand the Ontario Human Rights (OHRC) and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and how they work together
  • Learn the Integrated Accessibility Standards for Ontario Workplaces
  • Understand the Customer Service Standard and how to implement it*
  • Develop skills to "lend a helping hand" to persons with disabilities through video demonstration
