Course Overview
Essentially every organisation relies on the ability of a telephone customer service person to not only assist in the sales of their product or service, but to represent the organisation with any other customer relations. This training module highlights that we are all paid in direct proportion to how well we complete our job and that many of the skills that make up the highly successful telephone service person are acquirable.
