In this course, we investigate the clearly defined procedures for handling grievances as well as disciplinary options. Grievances are concerns, problems or complaints raised by a worker. The goal of a grievance procedure is to ensure that, as far as possible, grievances are dealt with and resolved informally through discussion between the aggrieved and their manager or supervisor.
