Preparing to implement the operational plan

Operational plans are often referred to as action plans for a very good reason. Through its operational (or action) plan, each division, section, team, project, etc. articulates how it will perform tasks to systematically achieve goals aligned to strategic goals. This course investigates the skills and knowledge required to implement an operational plan.
