Course Overview
We’ve all heard of the term bullying and it’s a serious problem but do you understand what it means and the actual consequences of bullying? This 30 minute module will educate you about bullying, the impact it has and your role in the workplace in preventing it.
Learning Objectives
After completing the module, you’ll be able to:
- Display respectful, tolerant behaviour towards colleagues and clients that aligns with the organisation’s anti-bullying policy;
- Describe the effects of bullying on individuals and the workplace;
- Describe what to do if confronted by bullying behaviour in the workplace;
- Identify attitudes, beliefs and organisational factors which can lead to bullying;
- Identify the difference between measures taken to improve performance and bullying behaviours;
- Explain when bullying becomes a criminal offence.
