Course Overview

Bullying, Harassment and Discrimination are behaviours that should not be tolerated. It s estimated that the cost of bullying to the Australian economy could be as high as $36 billion every year. We are all responsible for ensuring that these behaviours are not present or tolerated in our workplaces. This resource has been designed to help you develop a greater understanding of the behaviours that are and those that are not considered bullying. All workplaces can adopt a zero-tolerance approach to unacceptable behaviour, including bullying, discrimination and harassment.
