Seven Dimensions
Updated Oct 15, 2019

Course Overview

Peter Quarry and Eve Ash analyze accountability as knowing who you are accountable to, taking responsibility and ownership for your job performance, and being willing to engage in discussion about ways to improve. Because it is about commitment and an agreed set of expectations, people can become defensive. Nevertheless, accountability is part of being professional.

Peter Quarry discusses several aspects to accountability: to whom you report, the results and behaviors you achieve and taking responsibility for your performance overall.

Learning Objectives
