Safe Work Australia is the national policy body responsible for the development and evaluation of the model work health and safety (WHS) laws.
The model WHS legislation states that Employers are responsible for developing a Work Health & Safety System to eliminate the risk of injuries in the workplace.

- Implement PCBU’s responsibilities for Training & Supervision;
- Implement PCBU’s responsibilities for Reporting & Monitoring Safety Issues.
