Course Overview

This micro course introduces The Public Interest and Disclosure Act 1998 and is designed to help you understand what whistleblowing is, take a look at the roles and responsibilities involved and the regulatory obligations on businesses.

Target Audience

The course is applicable for all businesses and their employees to help provide a clear understanding of the main forms of wrongdoing they could encounter at work and define simple steps they can take to report wrongdoing, along with the protection and support they will receive under The Public Interest and Disclosure Act 1998.
