Course Overview

Peter Quarry and Eve Ash discuss how in an increasingly VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) world, leaders often retreat into stress, anxiety, overly controlling, sensitized and empty behaviors. These are all signs that leaders are overwhelmed and resorting to fight, flight or freeze reactions. It is time to learn to coping mechanisms.

Many leaders react to VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) by stressing, controlling, blaming and being overly reactive. Recognize that you need better coping mechanisms.
