Course Overview

Supporting Change helps managers recognize, understand and interpret change within their organization so that they can more successfully manage their team throughout the process. We all know that change is inevitable in life, so it's not a matter of if things will change, but how well you can manage change when it comes.

Changes will affect different team members in different ways. The more clearly you understand the types of reactions team members might have to change, the easier it is to determine ways to support them through the change.
