As we near both SATs and GCSE’s this webinar will look at supporting students with situational anxiety around exams and tests.

Techniques to reduce both short and mid-term anxiety, including emotion coaching and mindful breathing will be discussed, as will the underpinning psychology of situational anxiety.

This webinar will be of value to teachers, TA’s, students and parents and the techniques discussed will be of value to anyone who wishes to help reduce anxiety in a range of learning situations.
