Part 46 Surface Mining Refresher Overview

This course is designed to expose you to the content required by the Annual Refresher Training provision in 30 CFR §46.8. It highlights various hazards found at surface mine sites and provides best practices for accident prevention. There are also instructions on using equipment safely.

This course satisfies two hours of the eight hour annual refresher training requirements.
