Customers do not like to shop in poorly maintained, cluttered or unclean store environments. In this course, we underline the importance of the maintenance of clean and efficient work areas, from planning and scheduling routine maintenance of scheduled housekeeping policies and procedures, through to a natural everyday commitment and pride in how we present our store.
