Text attributes can be removed by clicking the relevant highlighted commands in the Home tab, or the Mini Toolbar.

Bullets and Numbering are available from the Paragraph Group on the Home tab.

The Promote, Demote, Move Up and Move Down buttons on the right-click Shortcut menu allow you to re-arrange the order of the items in a list.

The Collapse command on the Shortcut menu allows you to collapse the text in the current slide in the outline pane, so that only the title remains visible. Expand will show everything that is on the slide. Collapse All will collapse all the slides in the presentation.
