A workplace bullying complaint refers to a series of actions, against the person who is making the complaint.  In order to be classified as bullying, there is a necessity for thebehaviourto have a repeated pattern. A once-off incident may be wrong and may be a serious workplaceissue,but bullying must involve a pattern.
