Lynsey Sharp is one of Britain's top athletes, winning gold at the 2012 European Athletics Championship and silver at the 2014 Commonwealth Games. In this short video she shares her techniques and methods for being resilient, even when faced with the most challenging of circumstances.

Once you have viewed this video, you may wish to reflect on its content by considering the following questions:
