About this course:
People who identify as LGBTIQ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex or Queer) face significantly higher rates of discrimination and exclusion in the workplace, leading to significant personal and organisational costs. Often this arises from simple assumptions that a person is straight by default, or a lack of understanding about how best to respectfully relate to a person who has communicated they are not heterosexual or have a non-binary gender identity.
In this interactive, game-based module you will explore your own assumptions and learn the practical skills and behaviours that can help you become more inclusive of co-workers that are LGBTIQ +
