Arithmetic developed to help us count stuff, to make sense of the world around us and how we can share it with each other. By drawing on our knowledge of the development of arithmetic through history we can make the subject more tangible, and hopefully more relevant. This webinar will look at how we have solved problems by using numbers throughout history and develop some arithmetic skills along the way.
