Course Overview
This 20 minute module will challenge your attitude to equity and diversity. You’ll meet ten work colleagues who are all facing dilemmas and they’ll be counting on you to advise them well. Completing this module will leave you encouraged to be a positive and active contributor to a flexible and fair workplace. This module incorporates audio and assessments.
Learning Objectives
After completing the module, you’ll be able to:
- Demonstrate an understanding of what makes a flexible and fair workplace;
- Recognise the diversity that needs to be respected within an organisation;
- Make appropriate responses to challenging situations where respect of individual differences may be at risk;
- Apply the core values of trust, honesty and integrity.
