Welcome to the "Developing B-Players Into Top Performers" video series! As a result, the middle tier of employees -- the people who show up and get their work done -- get ignored. Aspiration is a necessary quality in developing a B-player into an A-player. However, it is not limiting in the early stages of identifying potential, because it can be increased. This lesson explores how to inspire high-potential employees to greater their self-confidence and ambition.
