The latest workplace health and safety laws have made some significant changes to terminology and more importantly the relationship between the organisation and the contractor and its employees. Contractors must ensure their workers, including subcontractors, are aware of both their company’s safety requirements and the requirements of the workplace in which they are carrying out their work.
