In this course you will learn about the responsibilities retail store owners and employees have to provide a safe and secure retail environment. You will learn about the health and safety regulations that PCBUs (Persons Conducting Business or Undertaking) have to comply with to create safe customer experiences in their store.
In this course we cover both the responsibility of a PCBU (a person conducting a business or undertaking) to provide a safe and secure retail environment and your responsibility as a retail worker to comply with all safety requirements and to diligently follow approved procedures. We must all work together to maintain a safe retail environment that complies with broad health and safety legislation approved store processes and reasonable customer expectations.
