Workplace Violence & Bullying Awareness

This course will help the student: be familiar with definitions of workplace violence, bullying, and discrimination; understand employers' and employees' responsibilities regarding workplace safety; recognize bullying or escalating behavior; identify ways to manage violent or bullying behavior; understand administrative and engineering controls to prevent workplace violence; be familiar with options if you become a victim of bullying, and; be aware of response strategies in the event of a violent incident.
