As a manager, part of your role is to help your employees grow and develop. This not only includes guiding skill development, but career development too. As a manager you have valuable knowledge and expertise about the company, you’re familiar with the various jobs within the organization, and you know a lot of people to network with. All of this knowledge and expertise can be used to help an employee create a career path within the company that is exciting and rewarding. This course will help you meet with an individual employee or your team to share key information about the company’s career system.
