Course Description 

Understanding your stakeholders is an important part of any role, enabling you to create better and more productive relationships as well as establishing and meeting expectations. On this Stakeholder Analysis course, you will learn how to influence stakeholders and gain the necessary support. It will teach you the key aspects of stakeholder management and how to conduct a stakeholder analysis on a current project.
