Course description
So your company has decided to purchase or upgrade to SQL Server 2014, so now what? This course will cover how to prepare for a SQL Server 2014 installation. It will help you to understand what is involved in upgrading an earlier version of SQL Server to SQL Server 2014. See how to install a default instance of SQL Server 2014 and find out how to configure the server after the installation.
Each LearnNowOnline training course is made up of Modules (typically an hour in length). Within each module there are Topics (typically 15-30 minutes each) and Subtopics (typically 2-5 minutes each). There is a Post Exam for each Module that must be passed with a score of 70% or higher to successfully and fully complete the course.
Prerequisites
The users should have a working knowledge of the Microsoft OS and Server environment but does not require any prior experience with Microsoft SQL Server or with database programming.
