Increase the effectiveness of a team's communication by analysing the ability they have to freely share their ideas
In a team environment there are different dynamics between people as they work together to accomplish both individual and team goals. Sometimes working together is easy, and sometimes it’s not. One factor that significantly impacts a team’s ability to work well together is communication. Being able to articulate information clearly, understand each other’s needs, and know what must be accomplished, are critical elements of good team communication. The purpose of this course is to discuss the ability of the team to freely share their personal thoughts and opinions, as well as to brainstorm ideas to improve and strengthen the communication within the team.
