Course Overview

Over two modules, you’ll learn all the basics of reablement, why it exists, what its aims are and who can be helped through reablement care. And you’ll understand the teamwork and professional skills required for a reablement programme to deliver results.

You’ll also learn how an individual’s progress is monitored and assessed and how to measure whether reablement has been a success.
