In this course, we will examine some of the federal Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) safety standards involving hazardous waste, including its proper storage, treatment, and disposal; emergency preparedness; and recordkeeping and reporting. We will also discuss some of the regulations regarding universal wastes and used oils.
