Project Finance Deals: Drawdown and Monitoring

Once a project finance deal is put together, there are a lot of administrative activities to ensure the SPV is adhering to the credit agreement. For instance, payments of principal, fees (if any), and interest need to be collected. Here we look at loan administration and repayment. We also look at refinancing a loan.
