This two-hour course for Connecticut restaurant employees explains the behaviors needed to build a workplace free of discrimination and harassment. The course is divided into brief, schedule-friendly episodes that cover current topics including sexual harassment, discrimination, bystander intervention, diversity and inclusion. It contains all the required topics and guidelines outlined by the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities.

This course is worth 2 CE credits from SHRM (The Society for Human Resource Management). Upon completion, use your course certificate and the Activity ID 21-56YK4 to receive credit with SHRM.
