This 55-minute course for Illinois restaurant and bar employees explains the behaviors needed to build a workplace free of discrimination, harassment and bullying. The course is divided into brief, schedule-friendly episodes that cover current topics including sexual harassment, discrimination, bystander intervention, diversity and inclusion. It contains all the required topics and guidelines under the Workplace Transparency Act.
