Course description

With the release of the latest PMBOK® Guide - Sixth Edition the PMP certification has been updated! This course will discuss what's new and also provides a great resource in preparing for passing the new PMP certification exam. This course covers Project Risk Management. It has 7 processes which is the largest of knowledge areas. It focuses on dealing with risk through the life cycle of the project.

Each LearnNowOnline training course is made up of Modules (typically an hour in length). Within each module there are Topics (typically 15-30 minutes each) and Subtopics (typically 2-5 minutes each). There is a Post Exam for each Module that must be passed with a score of 70% or higher to successfully and fully complete the course.

Prerequisites

It will be helpful to have watched earlier parts in the PMP Certification (PMBOK 6) series.

Steve has lectured part-time at local universities teaching courses in Project Management, Information Systems and Systems Analysis at both graduate and under-graduate levels.
