Course Overview

This two module course will give you effective end of life care training and an understanding of palliative care. The course explores what palliative and end of life care are, and how they work together to create a much improved patient experience.

It looks at the different aspects to such care, including spiritual, emotional and physical needs and how effective planning can make delivery of this care more credible and effective. The course discusses the importance of palliative care and end of life care in ensuring the patient’s quality of life is as high as possible and tailored to their individual wishes.

On completion of the course, you will automatically get a certificate, along with your name, CPD hours, the date and learning objectives.

This course is aimed at anyone working in the health and social care sectors who need hospice care training or want to gain a better understanding of palliative care and end of life care, including:
