The opioid crisis isn't only causing pain to those who have lost loved ones; it's impacting employers as well. Every day, more than 115 people in the United States die after overdosing on opioids. According to the National Safety Council, more than 70% of U.S. employers are reporting they feel a direct impact of prescription drug misuse in the workplace. In this course, we want to train you on the warning signs of addiction, possible drug side effects, and what you should do if you believe a coworker is showing signs of addiction.
