Course Overview

This intermediate MS Project course is designed for users who have attended an introductory level course or are already confident with the basic features

Learning Objectives

By the end of this course you will be able to attach project documentation, how to enter durations, establish task dependencies, overlap linked tasks and add constraints. You will work further with resources and understand things like assignment calculations. You will learn how to edit projects by rescheduling them, reviewing project progress and schedule variances. Lastly you will learn how to print view and reports, work with page set up, cost reports, assign reports and understand workloads.
