Course Overview

Made up of eight modules, this course opens by defining what each of these terms means, before considering what the experience might be for sufferers of each different condition.

You will learn about the support needs of those with learning disabilities, dementia and mental health issues and develop a clear understanding of what related legal frameworks currently exist.

The knowledge element of standard 9 of the Care Certificate is covered in depth.

On course completion you will automatically get a certificate with your name, date, CPD hours earned and the learning objectives covered.
