For the first time in history, four generations of employees work side by side in an increasingly complex organizational environment. How the generations are managed impacts everything from recruitment to team building to productivity. This class will explore the generational differences and offer solutions to obtaining the best performance from each generation by maximizing strengths and minimizing intergenerational conflict. Students will learn how different generations view information, their differing needs for positive reinforcement and how the strengths of each generation can be capitalized upon to strengthen teams and increase productivity.
