Managers and business leaders want to build a culture of good ethics and integrity, but they struggle with the basic question - How can I get my employees to show a greater level of self-discipline at work? This course helps managers understand the importance of developing good ethical behavior and self-discipline with their employees and how to promote it positively in the workplace. 

Objectives: 

  • Understand ethical and self-discipline responsibilities for both employees and the employer.   
  • Learn realistic, practice questions that managers and business leaders can ask in order to build respect, understanding, and expectations. 
  • Communicate principles of ethical principles and character to employees in a way they will understand.
