Two or three people get together, work for a year or so, and build new products or services that change the world, shake established industries, and leave old companies in the dust. How does this happen? Can you build a startup? What have Silicon Valley people learned about startups? What could you learn if you could talk with top Silicon Valley advisors, lawyers, and investors? Learning Outcomes
This course will accelerate your knowledge of the FinTech Industry and entrepreneurial world. It will teach how to go from a conceived solution to a company going through ideation process, thinking about the business model, the strategy, writing a business plan, developing a pictch deck, seeking funding, iterarting versions of the solution depending on market feedback, testing, scaling and seeking funding in multiple rounds.
Business Outcomes
Entrepreneurs will learn how to go from idea to an operating startup. They wil learn how to think about resources from money to people. They will learn how to manage growth stages, interact with clients, the market of the product, the market of talent to build the team and the investors to fund the venture.
