Innovation Norms and Expectations
Facilitate innovation in a team by discussing what it looks like and any norms or expectations that surround it at work
Innovation happens when individuals look at problems in new ways, are willing to take risks, and are creative in how they approach their work. Innovation makes a difference. No matter how big your team may be, or what your team is tasked to deliver, an increase in innovative behaviors will make a big difference in the team’s success and overall results. The purpose of this course is to discuss what innovation looks like and to establish some team norms and expectations for innovative behaviors.
