Identifying Professional Liability Exposures

These exposures differ radically from the usual general liability exposures; further, some very unexpected classes of business are subject to professional liability claims. Litigation and legislation are constantly working to expand the responsibilities of all service providers, increasing the numbers and types of insureds that should purchase professional liability coverage.
