HSE standards associated competencies provide an effective way for managers to reduce the likelihood of stress-related issues occurring at work.
The Skillshub HSE Management Standards course part two looks at the final four factors – control, relationships, role, and change. This course will enable you to consider the six areas of the HSE standards and understand what measure you and your manager can put in place to reduce stress related problems at work.
This course has been structured into three short sections: firstly, a learning video, secondly, action-based resources and finally, a quick 3 question quiz to make sure you have fully understood the learning, which has been developed by experienced learning and development specialists.
Once the course is complete, you will have a good understanding of what needs to be done in the workplace to make it a better environment for your mental health.
