Forecasting Cash Flows: Building Scenarios

Scenario analysis is often incorporated into cash flow forecasts. Scenarios can be based on accounting variables or economic conditions such as booms and busts. Weighted probabilities can also be used with scenarios. Here we look at examples of scenarios and use Excel to help us in our analysis.
