Course Overview

Fluid mechanics is the study of gases and liquids at rest and in motion. Principles of fluid mechanics are applied in a variety of machines, ranging from car fuel stations and aircraft design to pumping applications. The module covers the different states of fluids, the transition between states of fluids, factors that affect fluid mechanics and the basic principles of fluid movement with focus on the Archimedes principle.

Target Audience

Oil & Gas and Manufacturing Industries
