New employees have a lot to learn and do when starting a new job, and the first few weeks can be quite overwhelming. But once some time has gone by, new employees start to settle in. Yet it’s this time, a few months into a new job, which is critical for new hires. This is the time new employees need guidance to ensure they are gaining the right knowledge, building the right skills, and performing the right tasks. The purpose of this course will be to provide feedback and direction to your employee. You can perform this discussion any time during the first few months of employment. By completing this course, you will be able to give new hires feedback on what they’ve done so far and learn what they must do in the future. This course has been approved for 1 hour of PDU credit from PMI (Project Management Institute). This course is part of Vado's Onboarding learning track which has been approved for 6.25 hours of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) Professional Development Credits (PDCs), as well as 6.25 hours of HRCI (HR Certification Institute) recertification credits.
