Convertible Bond Provisions (Part 2)

Here we discuss the other three main convertible bond provisions; investor puts, stock splits, and accrued interest. We examine the two types of investor put, hard and soft puts, and look at how they affect a bond's value. We describe the effect of a stock split on the equity of a company, and finish with a brief discussion of accrued interest and its effects on conversion.
